Contract Amendment

Every Employee/Service Agreement shall include a page for handwritten amendments occur during the period of validity of the contract including the effective date, the content and the impact of the amendments which have the same termination date as the original contract. The following topics can be recorded as amendments:

  • Change in rate
  • Change in duration
  • Change in project tasks
  • Change in productive hours can be charged by the associates
  • Request of advance payment
  • Special circumstances affect the workload of the associates
  • Change in requested payment method etc.


Each and every amendments recorded must be signed by the project coordinator, the legal representative of the organization as well as the associates.
