The illustrated firytale has been created in the context of the [[Cyberethics: Cyprus Safer Internet Center| Cyberethics]] project under the [[CyberEthics GII: Island-wide combined Safer Internet Awareness Node, Hotline, Helpline|Cyberethics GII]] agreement. Using our characters Cyber & Ethics we have created a series of educational fairytales targeting mainly young children in order teach them the basics about the use of the Internet as well as its dangers.  The theme of the story is to teach children what sexting is and how to deal with it.  We found that targeting younger children (even from age of 5) is critical for them to enhance their awareness from an early age so that they have the knowledge when they become more active users.

Description

The illustrated fairytale has been created in the context of the Cyberethics project under the Cyberethics GII agreement.
