'GNOUS Labs Ltd. is a startup company in Cyprus launched in 2016 to commercialise Mental Attributes Profiling System.
It was founded as a subsidiary of Ekkotek High-tech business incubator, where MAPS was incubated, with Yiannis Laouris, Marios Podinas, Constantinos Tsiourtos, the development team and the first Angel investor as shareholders.
Since the introduction of the company we build a strong team and altogether, we took strategic steps towards developing the business efficiently. Consequently, whilst we won a position in a prestigious accelerator in Cyprus, we also won the second prize on the Cyprus Digital Championship, 3rd prize on Disrupt Cyprus Cup, 1st Place at Get In The Ring: Chain Reaction and looking forward, we intend to keep seeking opportunities that will contribute to the launch and sustainable development of Gnous Labs. With regards to several market research studies that have been conducted, our product has been partially upgraded for commercial exploitation. Thus, and while it is indicated that there is high demand for these products and their associated services that will keep intensifying, the risk for investors is relatively low. This is also supported by the fact that similar established companies serving this demand have yearly revenues in the order of $25 million. Accordingly, it was found that the cognitive assessment and training market is expected to USD 8.06 Billion by 2021, at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 32.3%; and therefore, our company aspires to have a noteworthy share of this market.
