The panel discussion that took place in Tiberias on the 31st of July 2013. Representatives from both the Palestinian and the Israeli civil society presented to the youth attending the event, the connection between human rights as well as democracy in Israel and the oPT and their future military service. The event is a part of the activities organized under Act Beyond Borders project.
