At Future Worlds Center all project teams are composed by a number of people, each having a different role and each dedicating different amounts of time and effort to the particular project. One project has only one Project Coordinator, a Project Assistant Coordinator and Project Team Members. All persons have replacements who can at all times take over their tasks and responsibilities. This might be a temporary or a more permanent arrangement (e.g., in the case that one person leaves the organization). It is the responsibility of the respective Project Coordinator to set up the structure for her/his project and keep informed, train and engage the replacements in all aspects of implementation of the project.
