During her stay in Cyprus, Rebecca worked with Turkish and Greek speaking Keryneias using Questions such as:

  • How do you envision the future of Kyrenia?
  • What are obstacles that prevent you as a Kyrenian from attaining your vision?
  • What are actions that need to be taken to overcome the obstacles and attain your vision?

Rebecca organized an SDDP to define a Vision of a future idea Kyrenia with Greek Cypriot refugees from Kyrenia, titled Renewing Dialogue among Keryneians . The dialogue was implemented also under the Peaceful Europe Project. Yiannis Laouris served as main Facilitator and Tonia Loizidou, Kerstin Wittig and Elia Petridou as SDDP co-Facilitators. The SDDP was spread over a number of sessions, which took place on the 30/04/2007, 2,14,15/05/2007.
