The first round of LAPs in Athienou was part of the projet Global Education Goes Local (GEGL). It consisted of different activities :

  • The activity on the 24th of November was a photowalk across the community of Athienou. The goal was to introduce to the participants some emblematic women of Athienou and the history of some particular locations, linked to these women.   • On the 8th of December, the youth council of Athienou organised an event to raise awareness about the current situation of Athienou parks, where volunteers gathered and cleaned most of the parks there.
