The Alliance for Regional and Civil Initiatives (ARCI) is an NGO based in Sofia, Bulgaria.  With five regional branches across the country, ARCI is hard at work supporting civil society development intra- and inter-nationally.  Their work focuses on initiatives for social, economic, and cultural development, increased public-private networks, providing assistance to minority groups, and organizing joint initiatives with state and local governments.  ARCI provides invaluable support to civil society development in Bulgaria and abroad through its far reaching projects.
