The Office of Electronic Communications & Postal Regulations (OCECPR) is the National Regulatory Authority for electronic communications. It was established in 2002 under the Law 19(1)/2002. The former law was later replaced by the Law 112(1)/2004 Law which is until today under effect. 

OCECPR is responsible for the coordination of implementation of the Cyprus National Cyber Security Strategy and is a partner of the Cyprus Neuroscience and Technology Institute at the [[Cyprus Cyber Crime Center of Excellence for Training, Research and Education]].
