About
Jean-Gabriel Ganascia is Professor of Computer Science at the University Pierre and Marie Curie, member of the LIP6 (Laboratory of Computer Science of the UPMC) where he heads the ACASA team and deputy director of the OBVIL Labo- ratory of Excellence, in cooperation the Sorbonne University with the UPMC on Digital Humanities. His research activities are focused on Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, Computational Philosophy and Digital Humanities. He is mem- ber of COMETS (the CNRS Ethical Committee) and of CERNA (the Commission on the Ethics of the Digital Sciences for Allistene) which coordinate the French research institutes in computing. He is also an ECCAI Fellow.
