Bio
Manon Coussemacker joined the Future Worlds Center in June 2022 for two months as an intern. During this internship, Manon worked under the mentoring of Yiannis Laouris, but she was also supported by Camille Lechoux. Her internship coincided with France De Borggraeve's internship. Manon is 20 years old and is studying in Lille (In France) in a business school called ISG: Institut Supérieur de Gestion[1]. In this school, she learned to use tools like Photoshop, Canva, Pack Office and InDesign. Moreover, she followed different subjects like mathematics, finance, English, communication and marketing.
Contributions
Manon has been very active during her short internship. Upon her arrival at the Future Worlds Center Manon had the opportunity to participate in the MedBEESinessHubs Workshop at the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She participated in the organization and the implementation of an international SDD Training in the context of the MedBEESinessHubs project. She also benefited from the SDD training, serving as an Assistant facilitator. Following the week-long event, Manon collaborated with France De Borggraeve for the preparation of a high-quality final report using Indesign. Manon also participated (virtually) in the last part of the R&I PEERS project, which culminated with the organization of a "Gender balance for innovation" conference. In addition, she had the opportunity to be trained on Indesign and to create illustrations and full-length professional reports on past events, such as for the AER-V project. She also had the opportunity to discover and learn a new vector graphics-based software "Drawio", on which she created Influence Maps for the Structured Democratic Dialogues. Lastly, Manon learned to create and edit MediaWiki pages.
