The Knowledge Management Team is a term used in the context of organising and implementing SDDPs. In the Dialogic Design Science literature the scientific term is Design Management Team. It is the group of individuals responsible for the organization and implementation of a single structured dialogue. It composed of:
- One or more persons who represent the 'owner' " of the challenge
- One person called the 'Broker' who is the connection between the owner(s) of the challenge and the SDDP Facilitators
- One or more SDDP trained Facilitators to assist with the formulation of the Triggering Question and overall organization of the dialogue
