Ms. Luzdary Hammad is half Colombian, half Palestinian, was raised in Cyprus and college educated in San Francisco. She has a Bachelors and Masters degree in International Relations with a focus on Human Rights. Her proudest and most inspiring academic achievement was moving to Bolivia for three months to do primary, field research for her masters thesis on the women's political movement which contributed greatly to making her 98 page thesis original and innovative. She is also driven by her professional experience working for two international non government organisations, Human Rights Watch and World Vision.
