'''Fatema Islam''' initially joined the [[Humanitarian Affairs Unit]] of the [[Future Worlds Center]] in June 2013 as an intern social worker. She has been working closely with [[Manos Mathioudakis]], the Social advisor, and offering social assistance to vulnerable social group, particularly to asylum seekers and refugees, within the framework of the [[UNHCR]] funded project entitled [[Strengthening Asylum]]. At present, she takes part in the project management and provision of social assistance to the beneficiaries of the [[Unit for the Rehabilitation of Victims of Torture]]. Additionally, she has assumed the role of the coordinator of [[Administrator]]s to ensure the smooth daily operation of the [[Future Worlds Center]].
