The Cyprus Academy of Public Administration, operating under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance was the sponsor of the dialogues. The 10 structured dialogues were part of a larger project, co-funded by European Structural Funds (80%) and the Cyprus Government (20%) aimed to provide a practical assessment of the needs for training and development of the members of Cypriot local authorities.
