The Knowledge Management Team is a term used in the context of SDDPs. It is the group of individuals responsible for the organization and implementation of a single structured dialogue. It composed of:

  • One or more persons who represent the 'owner' " of the challenge
  • One person called the 'Broker' who is the connection between the owner(s) of the challenge and the SDDP Facilitators
  • One or more SDDP trained Facilitators to assist with the formulation of the Triggering Question and overall organization of the dialogue
