* A project Coordinator may decide to subcontract a task related to a project without any further permission, provided this has been part of a contract already signed with a funding agency

* A task can be subcontracted to a third-party without the need for tenders if the total amount is less than €10,000
* A task can be subcontracted to a third-party without the need for tenders if the total amount €10,000 or less.

Future Worlds Center may at times decide to subcontract tasks to third parties. Following a Board Resolution in 2007, the Organization has the following rules to subcontracting:

  • A project Coordinator may decide to subcontract a task related to a project without any further permission, provided this has been part of a contract already signed with a funding agency.
  • A task can be subcontracted to a third-party without the need for tenders if the total amount €10,000 or less.
