The “Confidentiality Agreement” must be signed by all people who are in the payroll of the organization for any project as well as all people working as volunteers, visiting scholars or interns. In selected cases, when a visiting scholars or interns is financially or otherwise supported by an outside institution which might have a conflict of interest through the signing of the “Confidentiality Agreement”, this can be waived. A waiver requires the decision of at least two Members of the Board.
