Following her participation as member of the Advisory Board of [[Extending EU Citizenship]], Mrs. [[Christina Planas]], Representative of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in Cyprus, asked [[Elia Petridou]] and [[Yiannis Laouris]], members of [[Future Worlds Center]] (FWC) Board of Directors for FWC to assume the role of UNHCR's Implementing Organization in Cyprus. The excellent collaboration continued since then.
