May Thorseth is Professor of philosophy, Department of philosophy, Norwe- gian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Director of NTNU’s Pro- gramme for Applied Ethics www.ntnu.edu/appliedethics. Thorseth is also member of the management group of NTNU’s Globalization Programme www.ntnu.edu/ global.
