Stella Philippou joined Cyprus Neuroscience and Technology Institute (CNTI) in October 2016 as the Head of the Financial Unit. She is the financial director of the Organisation. Her main responsibilities in the organization are budget preparation and management, project management, cash flow management, payroll, preparation of financial accounting and preparation of project financial reports. Her responsibilities also include supervision and approval of time-recording of associates of the organization, cooperation with the external auditors. She is accountable to Board of Directors, associates, services providers and key stakeholders within the organisation and the European Commission.

Stella holds a MSc in International Business (2008) and a BA in Accounting and Finance (2007) from London South Bank University (U.K.). Also, she holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance (2005) from the The Philips College in Nicosia (CY). Stella graduated from the "Ethnomartyras Kyprianos Lyceum" (2003). Stella holds several qualifications such as ACCA, LCCI Accounting, GCE Accounting and IGCSE English.
