Elicia served as intern from February until August 2011, coming from Portland State University as a Conflict Resolution Master's student. She co-led the implementation of the 3rd Structured Dialogic Design Facilitator's Training School held July 25-27th, 2011 in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Biography
Elicia has a B.A. in Political Science from Portland State University and will have an M.A. in Conflict Resolution by the end of 2011. She has worked on several local and one national political campaign and has also worked for the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington, IN. Elicia has mediation and facilitation experience, focusing on international issues and dialogue enhancement. Her Master's thesis focuses on the interconnection between Track I Diplomacy and Civil Society in Cyprus.
