The foundation has 3 board members and functions as a network organization and cooperates with specialists contracted for specific projects. The foundation has created an internet application for youngsters with money from the Province of Zuid-Holland in the Netherlands, and organized events in which participation of youngsters led to education and empowerment. In 2009 the foundation was involved in the creation of a report on the legal position of youngsters on the Internet in the Netherlands and in the European Union.
