FC staff has extensive experience in media, marketing communications and internet communications. FC offers comprehensive media training programmes and is experienced in using different measurement techniques such as media analysis, opinion-former tracking, audience tracking, focus groups and direct response analysis.
FC offers comprehensive training programmes facilitated by IT enabled learning utilising technologies and tools developed in house (e-Learning ”Personalisation Genie” engine, Serious Games, Simulations, Augmented Reality) or customised for the specific training purposes (Plug ins for Moodle and Dokeos e-Learning platforms).

FC will contribute to the following activities: - FC will be responsible for presenting the RDD in P2 for the development and will provide educators to be trained and participate in the implementation of the platform. - Publications in Blogs, contribution to newsletter, use of Web 2.0 tools for creating awareness (create and manage two relevant groups), organise hands on training events, participate in local events); - Prepare the PQP and define the quality metrics to be applied to project results, apply the quality assurance activities defined in the PQP to the project results, establish a best practices programme, prepare the project closure report.
