Enterprise 2013 was an international training organized by the Institute for Innovation and Development as part of Youth in Action 4.3. Annagrace Messa and Randolph Dilday represented the Future Worlds Center. Through experiential and participatory learning participants learned relevant managerial competencies, skills and knowledge for sustainable social initiatives and entrepreneurship, and how to create action plans for future sustainable development. The training taught best practices and common pitfalls for the successful management of NGOs, projects, and relationships. The non-formal education style of Enterprise 2013, characterized by voluntary, accessible, structured and learner center education process, increased participants' acquisition of capacities to support life situations and active citizenship.
