She develops and distributes products and services that support individual and collective initiative for building a culture of peace in our society. She offers educational programs to build the capacity for peace leadership at the community, national, and international level. Louise provides consulting, training, and organizational development services to major companies and international organizations, specializing in issues of leadership, diversity, multi-cultural effectiveness, strategic planning, organizational development, women's empowerment, youth development, and creative conflict management.
