Lucia Fetzer has MA in “EUROPEAN STUDIES”, from the University of Hannover in addition to her BA in “KULTURWIRT” (Main subjects: Eng- lish, Spanish, Economics) from the University of Duisburg-Essen. She has been involved in some temporary and voluntary positions in Inter- national Office of University of Hannover, at a TV station “NRW TV”, at a newspaper called ”Rheinische Post“ Dinslaken/NRW, and at an Advertis- ing Agency “Grunwald” Munich.
