Nicolina Karaolia has a degree in primary education and a Masters in Human Rights and has worked as a teacher, trainer, project assistant, researcher and election observer in Cyprus and abroad. She has interned with the Cyprus Mission to the United Nations and the Fundamental Rights Agency of the European Union and has worked with the EU and the OSCE in election observation missions.
