The training for Communication and Outreach took place at the Cultural Centre in Bethlehem, Palestine on the 18th and 19th of July. The first day of the training included definitions of communication, essential people skills, problem-solving and problem-solving and activities. The second day of training included reviewing, building trust, effective confirmation and positive feedback, improving body language and workshop evaluation. The workshop enabled the participants to get a clear understanding of communication and outreach through both theory and practice.
