The panel discussion took place in Tiberias on the 31st of July 2013 and is a part of the activities organized under the Act Beyond Borders project. Representatives from both the Palestinian and the Israeli civil society presented the connection between human rights and democracy in Israel and the oPT to youth attending the events. as well as the future of their military service. This is the second event organized under the same theme. The first one took place on the 23rd of July 2013.
