The Erroneous Priority Effect was discovered by Kevin Dye.

It is a phenomenon discovered in connection with the science of Structured Dialogic Design. It refers to the fact that priorities that emerge after democratic voting are different from those that emerge after the same participants go through the phase of searching for influences between ideas and generating an influence map.
