Civil Society Acts Beyond Borders held a wildly beneficial workshop concerning strategic thinking and planning in Civil Society Organizations.  Held at the Bent Al Reef Institution, in Hebron, the Palestinian Territories, this two day event provided CSOs with invaluable information.  The workshop began on Saturday, October 26.  Various aspects and components to thinking were the focus of discussion, with lectures on creative thinking, the left versus the right brain, and creative thinking.  The subsequent day commenced with a review followed by a presentation on strategic development, methods to plan strategic priorities, implement strategies, and develop action plans.  Strategic thinking and planning skills, such as those presented in this Civil Society Acts Beyond Borders event, are imperative to the success of Civil Society Organizations.
