Law Requisite Action

The Law Requisite Action is one of the seven laws upon which the science and application of Dialogic Design Science is grounded. The law predicts that any action plan to reform complex social systems designed without the authentic and true engagement of those whose futures will be influenced by the change are bound to fail. The Law of Requisite Action is attributed to Yiannis Laouris.

According to Aleco Christakis, Facilitators implementing a Structured Democratic Dialogue Process must ensure that their process strictly complies with the 7 Laws. Violation of any one of them leads to inferior outcomes.
