A Certified SDD Trainer of Facilitators is an individual expert who is recognized through the SDD Certification Scheme as fully trained to organise, conduct and provide training in SDD Facilitators Training Schools.
Rights and Responsibilities
- A Certified SDD Trainer of Facilitators has the right to serve as primary Facilitator and organize an SDD Facilitation Team to conduct a SDD Facilitators Training School;
- Can serve as Mentor for both Candidates and Certified co-Facilitators, and is recognized by the Certification Committee to recommend them for advancement to the next level.
- Can be appointed by the International Supervising Board, to participate in any one of the committees in charge of the implementation of the SDD Certification Scheme, i.e., the Examination Committee and/or the Certification Committee.
- Has the right to serve as primary Facilitator and organize an SDD Facilitation Team to conduct a co-laboratory
- Can serve as Mentor for both Candidates and Certified co-Facilitators, and is recognized by the Certification Committee to recommend them for advancement to the next level.
- Can be appointed by the International Supervising Board, to participate in any one of the committees in charge of the implementation of the SDD Certification Scheme, i.e., the Examination Committee and/or the Certification Committee.
- Has served at least for 5 years as Certified SDD Facilitator or the Board has recognized the equivalent for this
- Has taught theory and practice Person with extensive experience in the theory and practice of the science of dialogic design
- A person who is internationally active and widely known
- Has facilitated a minimum of 5 significant SDDPs and participated in their Knowledge Management Teams
