The Future Worlds Center's Humanitarian Affairs Unit employs several legal advisors to provide international protection beneficiaries with free legal assistance. Their duties are to:
- Advise asylum seekers on the asylum procedure in Cyprus;
- Provide free legal assistance to international protection beneficiaries;
- Prepare and submit administrative resources against negative asylum decisions;
- Counsel and provide representation to international protection beneficiaries and asylum seekers on access to their rights
