Yiannis is a social and business entrepreneur, a peace activist, neuroscientist and systems engineer, currently working as Senior Scientist and Chair of Future Worlds Center. He is founding member of the Cyprus Society for Systemic Studies and Board member of the Institute for 21st Century Agoras. In the 90s, as member of the historic conflict resolution trainers group, he contributed to the creation of the Cyprus peace movement. His team pioneered in tech4peace.org, Youth Promoting Peace, HasNa funded workshops in media literacy, and recently the establishment of CCMC and SINDEP.
