'''Björn Rohde-Liebenau''' was visiting the [[Technology for Peace]] project which was implemented by the [[Cyprus Neuroscience and Technology Institute]] during the Spring semester of 2003, while working on hist Masters.
'''Andrei Trubceac''' is a graduate student in International Development Studies. His MA thesis was focused on the developmental and peacebuilding challenges in states experiencing secessionist conflicts. Andrei aims to better understand the functioning and legitimacy of de facto states and non-state actors as well as the shifting nature of sovereignty around the world. He was a project officer in the Social Cohesion Research and Early Warning Division at the Council of Europe and has been involved with Romania's Peace Institute (PATRIR) since 2011 as part of the Department of Peace Operations.

Later in 2003, he received the academic title of European Master in Mediation from the Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch (IUKB), Sion, Switzerland. He specialized in the prevention of conflicts as lawyer and consultant, in the treatment of already existing conflicts as a mediator, and in facilitating best practice with his structural work. He has founded RCC Risk Communication Concepts.
Andrei has participated in International Fellowship of Reconciliation's (IFOR) Fellow School, a nine week training and internship program that took place in Nyack, NY, USA. Right before joining the Fellowship School, Andrei was participating in a short term European Voluntary Service (EVS) project called "Human Rights Caravan" in Georgia.

Andrei is also a member of [Edgeryders]. It is a growing community of individuals who come together, inspire one another and help each other to affect changes that improve well being of people in our local environments. Its goal is to produce a shared vision of how Europe’s young citizens could claim a stronger influence on their common future – and a larger share of the social responsibility that goes with it.

At the moment Andrei is look at ways to build interest and mobilize youth from Moldova-Transnistria to explore the possibility of launching a youth-led and youth-oriented reconciliation campaign and collaborative development and peacebuilding platfrom. In a nutshell, following the concept of PEACE WRIT LARGE, young people would offer their support to others so that they can support each other in building sustainable peaceful communities and constructive relations among themselves.
