She have a variety of experience in her fields. For about three years -October 2003 to December 2006- worked as Project Manager at Tecnológico de Monterrey. At the end of that role start immedietly offer as Deputy General Director for Planning to Oficina de la Presidencia de la República Mexicana until May 2009. Then Dr. Roxana worked for Tecnológico de Monterrey again as Director for Social Education and Development from August 2009 to May 2014. From June 2014 until now is programer for citizen planning at Tecnológico de Monterrey again.<br>

Since June 2014 she is the coordinator of the citizen planning programme at Tecnológico de Monterrey.<br>
