While at [[Future Worlds Center]], Adira worked on several EU funded projects such as [[JUMPSTART the Peace]], [[Civil Society Acts Beyond Borders]], [[TeachMDGs]], and [[Cyberethics: Cyprus Safer Internet Center]]. In December 2011, Adira completed her Master's in Conflict Resolution with a focus on International Conflict Resolution, intercultural communication, and peacebuilding in divided communities. As part of her thesis work she partnered with The Cyprus Oral History and Living Memory Project[http://www.frederick.ac.cy/research/oralhistory/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=13&Itemid=13] and wrote an essay demonstrating the value of oral history as a way to promote healing between and within communities.
Adira has been active in peacebuilding for several years. She has worked on peace programs in Cyprus, Northern Ireland, Israel/Palestine and Portland, Oregon. In December 2011, Adira completed her Master's in International Conflict Resolution.
