At Future Worlds Center all project teams are composed by a number of people, each having a different role and each dedicating different amounts of time and effort to the particular project. One project has only one Project Coordinator, who takes the final decisions about the project. All projects should also have a named Project Assistant Coordinator. This person can at all times take over the tasks and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator. This might be a temporary or a more permanent arrangement (e.g., in the case that one person leaves the organization). It is the responsibility of the Project Coordinator to keep informed, train and engage the Project Assistant Coordinator in all aspects of implementation of the project.
