A Certified Senior SDD Facilitator is an individual expert who is recognized through the SDD Certification Scheme as fully trained and capable of conducting Co-Laboratories independently and as the Lead SDD Facilitator, using the Structured Dialogic Design Process just like a Certified SDD Facilitator. The difference between the two roles lies only in the number, complexity, scope and geographical spread of SDDPs designed and implemented. Co-laboratories conducted by any Certified SDD Facilitator and provided their Triggering Questions have been registered with the Institute for 21st Century Agoras before the actual event, are recognized as compliant with the Dialogic Design Science.
A Certified Senior SDD Facilitator:
- Has the right to serve as Lead SDD Facilitator and organize an SDD Facilitation Team to conduct a Co-Laboratory
- Can serve as Mentor for both Candidates and Certified co-Facilitators, and is recognized by the Certification Committee to recommend them for advancement to the next level.
- Can be appointed by the International Supervising Board, to participate in any one of the committees in charge of the implementation of the SDD Certification Scheme, i.e., the Examination Committee and/or the Certification Committee.
