Individuals who wish to receive certification for their participation in either SDD Trainings or as members of an SDD Design Team may apply for the above certificates providing all relevant information including:
- Title of the Dates of the SDDP School Training or the SDDP
- Dates of the SDDP School Training or the SDDP
- Their exact Role(s)
- Number of hours
- Names of Certified Senior SDD Facilitator, Certified SDD Trainer of Facilitators an/or SDD Senior International Expert involved
- Name of person to verify the information
