Technical support refers to a range of services by which enterprises provide assistance to users of technology products such as mobile phones, computers, web hosting services and software products such as websites, educational games and mobile applications. In general, technical support services attempt to help the organization solve specific problems with a product—rather than providing training, customization, or other support services. Team offers technical support for the products they sell, either freely available or for a fee. Technical support may be delivered over the telephone or online by e-mail or a website or a tool where users can log a call/incident or via online chat or video conference. Team also frequently has internal technical support available to their staff for computer related problems. The internet is also a good source for freely available tech support, where experienced users may provide advice and assistance with problems.

Dr. Yiannis Laouris is the general supervisor of the IT Support Unit.

The members of the Unit are:
Ms Katerina Fotiou and Ms Eleni Philippou are members of the IT team of the organizartion. Their main task is the development and implemantation of various software applications.
