Constantinos Tsiourtos serves as External Advisor and consultant of Future Worlds Center on issues of Public Policy & Communications since January 2015. He is also co-Founder of GNOUS Labs Ltd.. Between July and December of 2014 he also joined as volunteer in the Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era (2012) project. Constantinos worked also previously with the organization when in the late 90s and early 2000 he served as Project Assistant Coordinator of the first phases of the Technology for Peace project.
Short Bio
Constantinos holds expertise in Public Policy, Government Affairs, Strategic Communications, European Law, Media Networking ,Public Relations, Political Communications, International Law, International Relations , Conflict Resolution Facilitation and Diplomacy. He has spent most of his professional career in the public sector, locally and internationally. He worked at the EU affairs unit of RoC Ministry of Interior, Project manager for a UNOPS/UNDP project, as Parliamentary advisor at the Cyprus Parliament and as Public Policy Advisor at the European Parliament for the last 10 years. During the same time also served as a consulting member of the European & International Affairs Bureau of a major political party. He also worked briefly for the Greek embassy in Stockholm, the European Institute of Cyprus and AC Nielsen World Research. He is a Global Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, UK.
