The International Program Development Fund is a University of Arizona Award given to professors for their initiatives in starting operations in other countries. It has been awarded to Yiannis Laouris and Douglas Stuart in 1991 for their initiatives to launch to neuroscience center in Cyprus, which finally led to the establishment of the Cyprus Neuroscience and Technology Institute.
