INVITATION Academic Seminar Learning to Teach for a Globalised and Sustainable World Initial Teacher Education in the context of Global Education 30 January 2012, 09:00 – 13:00 hrs EU House, 30 Byron Ave, Nicosia You are cordially invited to attend the seminar ‘Learning to teach for a Globalized and Sustainable World-Initial Teacher Education in the context of Global Education’ organized by Future Worlds Center in the framework of the EU-funded project ‘TeachMDGs’. The seminar will bring together academics, teacher educators and other Education stakeholders from Scotland and Cyprus, to explore the concept of Global Education in the context of Initial Teacher Education, and identify entry points for the incorporation of the main issues, skills and values of Global Education in the curriculum of teachers’ Education.
