One project has only one Project Coordinator, who takes the final decisions about the project. All projects should also have a named Project Assistant Coordinator. This person can at all times take over the tasks and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator. This might be a temporary or a more permanent arrangement (e.g., in the case that one person leaves the organization).
