Roxana Cárdenas is one of the Candidate SDD co-Facilitator for the American Initiative co-laboratory of Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era.
She had Bachelor of Engineering at Industrial and Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey University in 1980. Then continue her studies for one year at Aix-Marseille Université with D.E.A. at Economic Systems Engineering.
From 1989 to 1991 studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey with Master in Science and specilization at Information Systems. At the end Roxana take heer Ph.D. at System Science from Cass Business School in 2000.
