CyberEthics GIII: Island-wide combined Safer Internet Awareness Node, Hotline, Helpline



On the 19th of January 2012 a visit was made to the English School in Nicosia by the Cyberethics team to discuss with all first year students the issue of safer use of the internet. Yiannis Laouris, supported by Letizia Atti, has given a presentation, divided into two sessions, to 150 students and 6 teachers regarding the Internet dangers, the ways to be protected and the SID2012 events. This activity took place in the context of the Cyberethics GIII project. Promotional materials were also distributed to both the students and teachers.
