Roxana Cárdenas is one of the Candidate SDD co-Facilitator for the American Initiative co-laboratory of Reinventing Democracy in the Digital Era.

Dr. Roxana Cárdenas received a Bachelor of Engineering on Industrial and Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey University in 1980. She continued her studies at Aix-Marseille Université with D.E.A. at Economic Systems Engineering.
From 1989 to 1991 Roxana studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey and received her MSc at Information Systems. She received her Ph.D. in System Science from Cass Business School in 2000.
